What You'll Do:Ability to multitask while offering our customers the latest information on our solutionsComplete work assignments accurately and in a timely manner.Interact with customers and coworkers in a respectful and courteous manner.Educate and upsell customers proactively on products and services to enhance the customer experience.Maintain customer information respecting confidentiality and use customer information for the context of assigned duties.Interact with customers through a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls and emails.Listen to customers, understand their needs and requests, and resolve customer issuesUtilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks.Collaborate with other departments to provide first call resolution.Collaborate with peers and supporting departments to identify and quickly resolve issues.Recommend new ideas and approaches to help achieve best practices and enhance the customer experience.Ensure first call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling.Provide support to aide in the completion of essential customer focused tasks and projects.Aide in building and promoting a positive team environment that promotes cross functional teamwork.What You'll Need:High School Diploma (or GED)1+ years' experience in a Call Center Environment.Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong Written and Verbal Communication.Salesforce (Preferred)Bilingual in Spanish and English (Preferred) What's In It for You:Quarterly commission potential.Health Benefits.Paid Time Off.401k Retirement plan.Life Insurance & LTD.Discounted home, auto & renters' insurance.Pay Range: USD $41,000.00 - USD $62,000.00 /Yr.
