We're hiring a Construction Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity with an industry-leading general contractor!If you have experience of pulling permits, managing subcontractors, and handling billing and invoicing for construction projects, we want to hear from you.Join a company that offers a fantastic work culture, room for growth, and excellent benefits!Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure successful project completion from start to finish.Manage daily construction projects and maintain accurate project documentation, both electronically and physically.Enter data into Vista software and create project numbers.Generate and issue Subcontractor contracts and purchase orders, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.Verify subcontractor qualifications, including licenses and insurance certificates.Coordinate material orders and delivery schedules with vendors.Complete Pre-Lien and Lien Releases as part of payment processing.Oversee and manage project paperwork, including permits, safety books, and site documentation.Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in the construction industry.Strong knowledge of permit processes and subcontractor management.Proficiency in billing, invoicing, and Vista software.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.If you thrive in a fast-paced, construction-oriented environment and are ready to take on a new challenge, apply now!
