The Order Processor will be responsible for receiving and processing of incoming equipment, software, and service orders. Duties include verifying the sales order package for accuracy and working with Sales, Administration and Operations until the order is completed and accurate.Essential Duties:Scan and index documents into workflow systemVerify customer and order information for accuracy and completeness, legal requirements, as well as internal policy complianceValidate order against published pricing and accuracy of entry in commission softwareValidate buyout and upgrade types.Communicate with Sales Administration personnel or Sales Representatives for missing items and order statusDocument and update comments in workflow system with pertinent information throughout the order processCoordinate with the Purchasing team for any inventory or configuration needs, ETA of items and updating Sales as neededOnce inventory is received and assigned, enter order and delivery information onto scheduling worksheetUpdate workflow software with confirmed delivery date and other required index fieldsEnter order into operating system using codes specific to the type of order and products requested on the paperworkContact customer to validate information, readiness for delivery and set expectations for next steps in the order processParticipate in by-weekly cross departmental open order log reviewActively participate in all aspects of the "Centric Way" and be an advocate for all internal and external customersExperience:1-2 years of order processing experience in a fast-paced sales environmentHigh School diploma, Bachelor's degree preferredKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
