If so, we want to speak with you about our position.As the Accounts Payable Specialist with Allied Technical Services, you will be responsible for accounts payable/receivable functions, and other general accounting functions. You will interact regularly with employees at all levels of the organization as well as customers and vendors.Additional responsibilities include:Bank and credit card account reconciliationsProcess weekly check run including ACH and Virtual card paymentsDistribute Invoices for processingEnter daily deposits-checks/ACH-Bank and ERP systemsProcess customer credit card paymentsRequest customer credit applications and credit referencesBackup the receptionist answering phones on occasionYou must have strong initiative and motivation to take ownership of all the core responsibilities of the position. You will also need to be an excellent multi-tasker with an outstanding attention to detail.
