Corestaff Services is seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative for a client in Springfield, VA.The ideal candidate will answer incoming calls from customers to take Repair & MAC orders, answer inquiries, handle customer issues, document problems and provide status & general information.Main Job Tasks and ResponsibilitiesAnswer Customer, Vendor & Employee calls and respond to emails Enter all Customer requests into ticketing system.Research required information using available resourcesProvide customers with product and service informationUpdate existing customer information Process orders, forms and applicationsIdentify and escalate priority issuesRoute calls to appropriate resourceFollow up customer calls where necessaryManage and resolve customer complaintsDocument all call information according to standard operating proceduresDispatch TechniciansMaintain Technician Daily ScheduleEducation and ExperienceHigh School diploma or equivalentProficient in MS Office applicationsRequired language proficiencyGeneral knowledge of or experience in Telecommunications or IT a plusKnowledge of Customer Service Principles and PracticesSome experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service environmentExcellent data entry and typing skillsKnowledge of administration and clerical processesKey CompetenciesVerbal and written communication skillsGood listening skillsProblem analysis and problem solvingCustomer Service orientatedOrganizational skillsAttention to detailGood judgmentAdaptabilityTeamworkStress toleranceResourcefulSelf-starter
