Job Overview:K&J Niemczyk is seeking a highly motivated, goal oriented individual with great communication skills for our Office Assistant position. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. We are a small property management company that own apartment buildings.Job Description-Assisting in answering calls-Performing office duties-Responding to inquires via phone and email-Scheduling and following up with maintenance requests-Assisting in lease administrative activities, maintaining lease renewals an collecting renter insurance.-Coordinating tenants move ins and move outs-Educate tenants during move-in on property policies-Investigate and resolve tenant complaints-Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion-Ensure property is always very well maintained-Enforce property rules and regulationsRequirements1 year of property management or related experience-High School diploma/GED equivalent-Drivers License-Provide exceptional customer service-Must have basic knowledge of office work-Must be flexible and able to transition from one task to another-Ability to multitask and prioritize-Spanish a plusJob Type: Part-time 9am -5pmPay: $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 40hrs per weekExperience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Ability to Commute:Linden, NJ 07036 (Required)Work Location: In person
