Field Operations Manager

Job DescriptionA School District client of Insight Global is seeking a skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join their team. This Field Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, printers, networks, and servers at designated sites. Further, this Field Operations Manager will perform sever setup, configuration and installation. Responsibilities include planning and integrating district networks for various devices, auditing network equipment, and ensuring system performance. This Field Operations Manager will be responsible for auditing switches and network equipment while providing back-up support to diagnose, analyze, and maintain district computing standards. The position supervises the Field Operations team, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction, while coordinating with IT leadership to meet service level agreements. This Field Operations Manager is also responsible for College Aide employee training and placement in the field where they will help assist the team. Additional duties include training staff, managing test processes, implementing change management, and ensuring security best practices. The role also involves collaborating with district leadership and project managers to prioritize deadlines and maintain strong communication across IT teams. This Field Operations Manager will also work alongside of the IT Service Desk team to manage ticket prioritization and scalation as needed.This position is an on-site role in Thornton, Colorado. This position can support a salary range of $94,000 - $130,000 based on experience level.
