Job Title: Sales Operations CoordinatorJob Type: Contract (Temp-to-Perm)Location: Port Washington, NY (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)Duration: 5 monhtsPay Rate: $23-25.00/hour (flexible with experience)Position Summary:The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing the Order to Delivery process, managing assortment and order workflows, and participating in key customer meetings. This role involves extensive coordination between external clients and internal teams, including Customer Service, Logistics, Planning, Credit, IT, Marketing, and Product Management.Key Responsibilities:Support the Account Manager in achieving annual invoiced sales targets.Manage the entire order process, from order creation to invoicing.Ensure high service levels for order processing, allocation, and troubleshooting after deliveries.Track and optimize Order to Delivery KPIs and create dashboards for internal stakeholders.Ensure timely entry and delivery of orders across various sales platforms.Monitor order status, ensuring alignment with customer fill-rate and shipping requirements.Collaborate with the Credit/Pricing team to address customer credit-related issues.Act as a project manager for new product introduction (NPI), liaising between Sales, Product/Marketing, and Supply Chain.Track and update past and future orders for Account Managers, Customers, and Business Planners.Assist in customer meetings, presenting collections, assortment building, and managing NPI orders.Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order portfolios across various customers.Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via email and phone.Basic Qualifications:Associate's degree or equivalent experience.2+ years of related work experience.Strong customer focus and relationship management skills.Excellent organizational and analytical skills.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong time management skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyKeen attention to detail and accuracyCreative and innovative problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of leadership and staff.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.Experience in retail, buying, or supply chain managementFamiliarity with SAP and EDI systemsKnowledge of GXS Catalog and Microsoft AccessThis is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to contribute to a dynamic sales operations team while gaining valuable experience in order management, customer relations, and business analyticsBenefits Info Pride Global offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
