Currently we have an opening in Marketing in our New Jersey Office.Job Description Job Summary:We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Market Analystto join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching and analyzing pharmaceutical market trends, drug demand, patient behaviors, and competitive landscapes to help guide business strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, data interpretation abilities, and a keen understanding of pharmaceutical industry trends to support informed decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Conduct pharmaceutical market research to identify trends, drug performance, and competitive positioning.Gather and analyze data from various sources to evaluate market opportunities and business strategies specific to the pharmaceutical industry.Monitor and report on industry trends, regulatory changes, and healthcare policies affecting the pharmaceutical sector.Develop forecasts and predictive models to support business planning and decision-making in drug development and sales.Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align market insights with pharmaceutical business objectives.Assess competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product positioning to provide strategic insights.Utilize data visualization tools to present findings in an accessible and impactful manner.Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups with healthcare professionals and patients to gather qualitative and quantitative insights.Stay updated with emerging pharmaceutical market trends, technologies, and industry advancements.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Pharmacy, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience as a Market Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify key insights.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or other statistical software.Excellent research skills and ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Knowledge of industry-standard market research techniques and methodologies in pharmaceuticals.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in pharmaceutical market access, drug pricing, or regulatory affairs.Understanding of digital marketing metrics and web analytics tools relevant to the pharmaceutical sector.Familiarity with understanding and interpreting IQVIA IMS data base.Familiarity with CRM software, healthcare databases, and patient segmentation strategies.Work Environment:Occasional travel may be required for industry conferences, client meetings, or field research.If you are passionate about pharmaceutical market research and data-driven decision-making, we encourage you to apply and be a key contributor to our team's success!BENEFITSAs a member of the Hisun Pharmaceuticals USA team, you'll find an environment that celebrates diversity and encourages the open exchange of ideas. We are proud to offer an attractive salary along with a generous benefits package including employer matched 401(K) program, paid vacation days, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance packages.CONTACTInterested candidates should submit their resumes to hong.zhao@
