Manufacturing Technician (2nd and 3rd Shifts)

12-month initial contract2nd shift: Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm (2 openings)3rd shiftMonday-Thursday & Sunday. Friday and Saturday will be off days. 10pm-6:30am (2 openings)Must Haves: Recent college graduates with a science background (biology preferred, must have taken lab classes)Pipetting, some analytical tasksCandidates without degree- will require recent lab experience. This is not typical production line experienceResponsibilities:Accurately perform pipetting and manual handling of liquids to prepare reagents samples and formulations.Operate and maintain various liquid handling robots and other laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and high-quality output.Perform routine and specialized quality control tests to verify the consistency and integrity of products.Maintain a clean organized and safe laboratory environment adhering to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.Handle preparation storage and disposal of chemical materials ensuring compliance with all hazardous material guidelines.Contribute to team efforts by completing additional tasks as needed adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.Requirements:Demonstrated proficiency in laboratory techniques especially pipetting and the accurate preparation of solutions.Familiarity with computer systems for data entry and laboratory automation control.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Previous experience with SOPs GMP and quality control processes is preferred.Note: This list of responsibilities and requirements is key to the role but may evolve as per business needs and technological advancements.
