Electrical Project Manager

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to lead and streamline their organizational processes with a strong emphasis on technical expertise in electrical systems. This role is ideal for someone with an electrician's license or substantial hands-on electrical experience. The successful candidate will drive efficiency, ensure safety, and manage a high-performing team while upholding industry standards and regulatory compliance. This position is remote, with up to 6 days travel per quarter.Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and reduce operational costs. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with business objectivesProvide expert guidance on electrical projects, including installations and maintenance. Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes, and resolve technical issues with practical solutionsLead, mentor, and manage a team of skilled professionals, including electricians and support staff. Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for professional development while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvementPlan, coordinate, and supervise large-scale projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to meet project objectivesElectrical Project Manager Requirements:Possession of an electrician's license or extensive experience in electrical work, preferably at a master electrician level.
