Transactional Attorney

Hill Wallack LLP is looking to hire an associate attorney for its Yardley, PA office with one (1) to three (3) years' pertinent experience for its Commercial Leasing, Banking and Financial Services, and Business and Commercial Services practice groups. The matters the successful applicant will handle include drafting, negotiating, analyzing and advising clients on commercial leases and amendments; commercial loan documents; deeds, easements and restrictive covenants affecting real estate; letters of intent (for both real estate and businesses); asset purchase/stock purchase agreements; and, general business contracts. The successful applicant will be a self-starter, personable and a quick-learner, and able to work as part of a team with a variety of different clients.
