Operations Maintenance Manager

Robert Half Talent Solutions is seeking a Reliability Engineer on the market for a new opportunity.The role is a contract- estimated 2 years. It is onsite in Memphis.This person will manage a team of 7 maintenance individuals.They must have Food or Automotive Industry background.They must have previous experience managing operations in a manufacturing environment.Develop and implement reliability programs to ensure consistency and quality in operations as needed-Ordering spare parts Support Manufacturing lines Planning meetingsIdentify and analyze potential risks and failure modes in processes and equipment and develop strategies to mitigate and prevent them.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes and procedures.Monitor and analyze reliability data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective and preventative actions.Develop and maintain maintenance and inspection schedules to ensure equipment reliability.and more...
