We are a small, family-based company looking for a reliable, skilled electrician with a strong work ethic and leadership skills.Website: OverviewWe are seeking a CA Journeyman Electrician who can work independently, lead a team, and handle various electrical projects.Job ResponsibilitiesInterpret blueprints and lay out construction sites.Install underground conduits, grounding, and conduit racking systems (Uni-Strut, EMT, Rigid).Wire and terminate EV charging stations and electrical equipment.Rig, set, and install small to large electrical equipment.Pull and terminate #8 to 500 MCM CU & AL wire.Manage apprentices and oversee job site operations.Complete JSAs, daily reports, redlines, and project closeout documentation.What We're Looking ForCA Journeyman Electrician Certification (or actively working toward it).Technologically savvy - able to use mobile apps, digital blueprints, and electrical tools.Strong communication skills - ability to lead and work as a team.Drug-free - must pass a pre-employment drug test (includes marijuana).Clean driver's license - no exceptions.Punctual and reliable - must be on time daily.Willing to travel - most work is in SoCal & San Diego.EVIPT certification would be a plus.Benefits (After 1-Month Probation Period)4 weeks paid vacation per year (including 2 weeks off at Christmas).Major paid holidays.40 hours of paid sick leave.Full-paid health insurance (includes spouse + 2 dependents with zero payroll deduction.401K with company matching.Yearly performance-based bonus.Company mobile phone (can be used personally).Potential company utility truck use after probation.How to ApplySend your resume and references to be considered.A cover letter is encouraged - tell us why you're a great fit!We are looking for a dedicated professional who wants a long-term career with growth potential.
