Position Summary:This position is responsible for supporting the regional manager and project managers with the management of construction projects. The Office Manager will coordinate office administration and procedures. Must be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and be able to work independently. Looking for a well-organized individual who is comfortable interacting with a broad range of personalities.Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assist project managers with bid preparation and front-end project related paperworkProcess daily reports, payroll, expense reports from the fieldManage the regional approval process for vendor invoicesCoordinate the routing of project paperwork to corporate office for processingAssist project managers with project closeout documentationOpening and routing incoming mailAnswering the telephone and conveying messagesEOE/Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disability (Compliant with the new VEVRAA and Section 503 rules)Job Requirements:Proven office management experienceStrong ability and understanding of Excel, Word, and OutlookMust be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and be able to interface with individuals at all levels of the organizationAttention to detail is criticalExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workHigh School Diploma2-4 years of related work experience preferred
