This dual role is designed for an individual who excels in providing comprehensive support to senior-level executives while also coordinating human resources activities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.Responsibilities:Manage complex calendars, arrange for meetings, appointments, and executive travel with meticulous attention to detail and anticipation of executive need- Prepare, review, and revise documents including emails, reports, proposals, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism before dissemination.Act as a liaison between the executive team and other staff or external partners, ensuring clear communication and timely distribution of information. Organize corporate events, from small meetings to large conferences, including venue selection, catering, and technology setup, ensuring they reflect the company's standards. Handle confidential information with discretion, understanding the importance of keeping sensitive business and personal information secure.Develop job postings that accurately reflect the skills and competencies needed for open positions, and manage the posting process across various job boards and recruitment channels.Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, providing a seamless candidate experience.Lead the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment documents, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring IT and workspace setups are completed prior to start dates.Maintain up-to-date employee records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with data protection laws and easy retrieval for reporting and analysis.Process payroll inputs, including overtime, bonuses, and leave balances, with a high degree of accuracy, and liaise with the accounting department to resolve discrepancies.Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related questions, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive employee experience.Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals and compliant with legal standards.Coordinate training and development programs, including logistics, materials, and feedback collection, to support continuous employee growth and compliance with industry regulations.
