We're small enough that your work matters but large enough to provide security services at iconic locations like Willis Tower and Millennium Park.Join our team as a Field Operations Manager and help oversee a select group of Titan Security accounts in the Green Bay and Wausau, WI areas. In this role, you'll work closely with a Portfolio Manager or Director of Operations, ensuring top-tier security service and operational excellence.What You'll DoAs a Field Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching and training to security team members in customer service, compliance, and quality assurance procedures. Team Leadership: Monitor, mentor, and manage staff performance, including attendance, disciplinary actions, and appraisals. Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Assist HR and Senior Operations Managers in hiring, training, onboarding, and, if necessary, terminations Incident Response: Handle escalated security issues and emergency situations promptly and professionally. Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and maintain reports on incidents, personnel activity, and account trends Flexible Schedule: Adapt to business needs, including weekend availability Other duties as assigned to support the success of Titan Security operations.What We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you'll need:Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years oldEducation: High School Diploma or GED.Experience:At least 2 years of experience as a Security Lead, Supervisor, or a related customer service leadership role (e.g., retail or hospitality).Licensing & Background Requirements:Ability to acquire and maintain a valid WI Private Security LicenseValid driver's license in good standing.Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background checkTechnical & Physical Abilities:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Ability to lift 75+ lbs, conduct foot patrols, climb stairs, and work in various weather conditionsStrong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding)Bonus Points:Bi-lingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply!Important:A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience is required to be considered for this role.What We OfferCompetitive Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)Paid Time Off & HolidaysMedical & Dental InsuranceOpportunities for Career Growth & PromotionOngoing Skills-Enhancing TrainingJoin Titan Security Group Today!Be part of a team that values professionalism, teamwork, and career growth.
