Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes efficiently and accurately using ADP Workforce Now. This position involves handling both salaried and hourly employee payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Responsibilities:ADP Workforce Now Management:Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process payroll for both salaried and hourly employees.Maintain accurate employee data in the system, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.Payroll Processing:Calculate and process payroll accurately and timely, taking into account overtime, bonuses, commissions, and other relevant factors.Validate timekeeping records for hourly employees to ensure accuracy.Compliance:Stay informed about federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations to ensure compliance.Process payroll taxes and deductions in accordance with legal requirements.Documentation:Maintain detailed records of payroll transactions, adjustments, and other relevant documentation.Prepare and distribute payroll reports to various departments as needed.Problem Resolution:Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly.Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of payroll issues.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator, preferably using ADP Workforce Now.Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
