Thompson Hine LLP, an Am Law 200 firm regularly recognized for our commitment to Innovation and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, is excited to announce a unique opportunity for a full-time (37.5 hours/week) National Resource Group Coordinator (Legal Secretary) in our Cleveland, Ohio office.The National Resource Group (NRG) provides support to attorneys and administrative staff throughout all Thompson Hine offices. The NRG Coordinator will provide support by managing workflow, assigning work requests to other team members, completing work requests, reviewing work product of other members of the team, and assisting with the training and mentoring of new NRG team members. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships while working in a close team environment. Applicants must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable. Individuals must also have excellent customer service skills, be team-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities. Overtime and schedule adjustments may be needed occasionally to accommodate workflow.If you are a superstar legal secretary that thrives working collaboratively with others, this could be the position for you!Qualified candidates will haveAdvanced proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Suite) and office equipment.Strong interpersonal skills/high EQ and the desire to work effectively as a team.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete them under time restraints.Exceptional writing and proofreading skills.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Experience in a leadership or supervisory role working closely with multiple team members.Required Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.
