Construction Manager with P2 system experience

Looking for a Project Manager with P2 System Experience. Experience with telecom background is a must. 100% remote role. Need to work EST hours. Our client is seeking a Project Manager III who will provide support for processing strand unit deployment through the internal platform. This position will be integral to the success of the program for timely administration and progression of the strand design and installations for 5G and WiFi deployment. This role will manage a book of sites in a specific market owning Strand Radio Units from RF design through creation of the internal ticket through closeout. This position is 100% remote. Key Accountabilities:Research and obtain information regarding all applicable planning, zoning codes, and regulations affecting the deployment of a site. Maintain complete documentation related to all planning, communications, and actions on sites. Review and approve all necessary zoning applications and supporting documentation, including written site description, justifications, plans and sketches, maps, construction drawings, structural analysis, and photo simulations. Assist with the development of a 5G site and/or WiFi development strategy that includes partner selection criteria, market and regional jurisdictional analysis, site development deployment intervals, and other tasks as the strategy is developed. Assist with the sourcing, contract management, negotiation, and supplier management strategies and practices for all components of the site development strategy. Assist with the writing and analysis of site development RFPs. Oversee the site acquisition process for 5G and/or WiFi sites within the span of control (market / region) and work with the PMO to modify the 5G site development process with lessons learned to improve project planning and scheduling efficiencies. Manage site development partners through the site acquisition process by ensuring that the assignment and scheduling of assigned tasks follow the SLA timelines and deliverable requirements. Required Skills: Excellent planning and organization skills with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-priority environment. Excellent communication skills. Ability to problem-solve and implement actionable steps. Experience working with p2 system is a must. Experience working with Business Partners is a must. Strong understanding of finance and relationship management.
