Customer Service SpecialistPride Health is hiring a Customer Service Specialist for one of its clients in California.This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of temp to hire with competitive pay and benefits.Location - Costa Mesa, California- 92626Pay range - $20 - $23 per hour. (Based on relevant experience)Length of assignment - 6 months contract. (Possibility of temp to hire)Shift - Monday to Friday 8:30 am-5:05 pm; 100% onsite.Job SummaryThe Customer Service Specialist serves our patients, members, and providers.Job DutiesResponsible for answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments. Triage phone calls as necessary. May conduct patient/member pre-certi?cation to ensure coverage for appointments and medical care. With the assistance of data and technology, they function as liaisons and ensure high-value and personalized experiences. RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.One (1) - three (3) years of customer service experience.Must have 2+ years' experience with radiology diagnostic testing scheduling experience - e.g. mammogram, DEXA, X-ray, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine.
