Vendor Contract Manager

Our Global Agency client is currently seeking a Manager, Vendor ContractsLocation: Hybrid in Downtown ManhattanLength: 5 month W2 contractResponsibilities:Support Investment and Agency/Advertiser Client Teams with negotiations of contract terms and conditions (T&C), insertion order terms, access agreements, custom program agreements, and NDAs.Manage external and internal legal teams on negotiating master contracts with key media and technology partners.Mitigate contract risks and provide clear descriptions of issues and potential solutions to Finance and Investment.Translate business requirements into contractual terms with media and technology partners.Maintain and update contracts, files, and respective contacts.Maintain and update Campaign Management System (Prisma) and Contract Management Platform (Conga).Maintain up-to-date schedules and resource allocation plans for all active projects.Provide audit support to Finance for ongoing Advertiser Client audits related to contracts.Track key performance indicators to measure the success of the Investment Contracts Team.Job Skill Requirements:3+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry, business law, or as a paralegal.Experience in contract negotiations.Basic knowledge of digital media, performance, tag management, and the advertising technology ecosystem is preferred.Superior communication and organizational skills.Exceptional Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and project management.Organized with a keen eye for detail (minimizing errors and the need for rework, saving time and resources.)
