Our investment arm strategically acquires, renovates, and manages single-family, multi-family, and mixed-use properties in and around the tri-state area.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid Office Administrator role at LocalSTR located in Brooklyn, NY. The Office Administrator will be responsible for client interfacing, auditing financial software's, managing internal google drive organization, handling invoicing using QuickBooks, monthly accounting reconciliation, receipts tracking, backend property detail organization, city permitting coordination, and delivering high-quality customer service. Some work from home is acceptable in this role.QualificationsOffice Administration and Administrative Assistance skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Proficiency in QuickBooks including invoicing and reportsProficiency in Google suite (Google Drive, Google Sheets, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in office administration and coordinationOrganizational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks and work efficientlyExperience in the hospitality or property management industry is a plus
