Installation Manager - Asheville, NCOur client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Installation Manager to join their team in Asheville in top-of-the-line window and door distributor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in a rapidly expanding location, where the demand is only getting higher!Key Responsibilities:Oversee the Project Coordinator team and sub-contracted installation crews as needed.Ensure adequate staffing for support staff and installation crews.Conduct order verifications for scheduled installation jobs, ensuring accuracy in dimensions and special requirements.Perform routine job site inspections and follow up with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction.Troubleshoot and create action plans for problem jobs, following through to completion.Enforce recovery procedures and assist with collecting outstanding accounts receivable.Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to resolve job-related issues.Track and hold the team accountable for installation metrics, including first-time completion rates, installation lead time, gross margin, and crew productivity.Qualifications:A college degree is preferred, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required.At least two years of experience in general carpentry, window/door installation, or the housing industry.Three to five years of supervisory experience in a similar role.Superior computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and set priorities.Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Proficiency in basic math, including measurements, dimensions, and calculations related to billing and credit.Basic understanding of construction blueprints.Physical Demands:The role requires regular standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, turning, or crawling.The ability to lift and move over 100 lbs. when handling window products and hardware.Specific vision abilities, including close vision and the ability to adjust focus to read written labels, forms, and documents, as well as computer screens.Compensation:Competitive base salary up to $70,000, plus bonus opportunities.Benefits:Competitive Compensation401k/ 401K Matching- 50% up to 6% after 1 yearProfit SharingInsurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)- after 30 days of employmentLife Insurance9 Paid HolidaysVacation/PTOTuition Reimbursement Flexible Spending AccountEmployee Assistance ProgramIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing installation resources effectively, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with our client.
