MACHINIST (Grinding)DIRECT HIRE ROLEDAY SHIFTPosition DescriptionSet up and operate multiple CNC controlled Rollomatic multi axis tool grinding machines operating on Virtual Grind (VG) software.Utilize a variety of precision measuring instruments to verify parts meet standardsMaintain exacting tolerances, finishes, dimensions and geometry on hardened steel component partsPerform simple maintenance, filter changes, oil reservoir capacities, wheel inspection, oiling and greasing of machine.Possess working knowledge of the Rollomatic Virtual Grind (VG) software and the ability to read and edit programs to achieve specific results.Maintain an orderly and clean work area.Must be able to read drawings and hold tolerances per the drawingExperience:CNC: 5 years (Preferred)Machine Grinding: 3 years (Required)
