Reporting directly to the Market Manager, this role oversees day-to-day operations and supervises Valet and Parking Attendants to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesStrategic OperationsDevelop and implement growth strategies focusing on financial performance and customer satisfaction.Identify new prospective clients and services in the automotive service market.Build and maintain long-term client relationships, promoting company services and addressing objectives.Provide accurate data and input for budget planning, annual preparation, and re-forecasting.Daily OperationsSupervise day-to-day activities of account managers, shift leads, and attendants.Ensure proper staffing and coverage for all assigned locations, including filling last-minute shift vacancies.Conduct regular site visits to ensure operations align with company standards.Maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance at all locations.Perform safety reviews and address operational hazards promptly.Client ManagementSchedule and lead regular client meetings to review performance and address concerns.Inspect facilities to recommend improvements for cleanliness and functionality.Communicate and resolve major unplanned discrepancies with clients promptly.Training and DevelopmentOversee completion of the Valet Training Checklist for all new hires.Continuously train and educate staff on company policies and procedures.Mentor team members and identify potential candidates for management roles.Ensure supervisors and leads are equipped to train, coach, and mentor their teams effectively.Administrative ResponsibilitiesReview and approve time and attendance records for timely client billing and payroll.Submit incident and injury reports within required timeframes.Administer the company's disciplinary action process in coordination with HR and management.Manage the location portal to ensure consistency with updated SOPs.Other ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to emergencies during off-duty hours.Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to clients.Support timely collection of account receivables in collaboration with corporate accounting.Minimum Requirements and QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree preferred.ExperienceMinimum of five years in parking management, overseeing multiple locations.Proven experience managing and supervising at least 10 direct reports.SkillsStrong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.Client-focused with excellent organizational abilities.Proficient in Google Apps and Microsoft Office.Physical DemandsAbility to stand, walk, or run for up to 8 hours.Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Capability to perform job functions of direct reports as needed.This description reflects management's assignment of essential functions and may be subject to change or additional tasks as needed.
