We're seeking 2 motivated, experienced technician to perform daily preventative maintenance and repairs on production, facility, and utility equipment.Pay Range: $22-$27 per hour based on experience.Shifts Available:Days:Sunday-Thursday: 5 AM-2 PM / 10 AM-6 PMWednesday-Saturday: 5 AM-2 PM / 12 AM-6 AMNights:Sunday-Wednesday: 8 PM-6 AMWednesday-Saturday: 8 PM-6 AM Training: All training is Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM (subject to change).Qualifications:Knowledge of proxy switches, servo/stepper motors, drives, and encoders.Basic skills in plumbing, mechanics, and electrical work.Welding experience (preferred).High school diploma or equivalent.Willingness to work holidays, overtime, and non-standard hours.Strong attendance and ability to handle job-related stress.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues (e.g., gearboxes, AC/DC drives, PLCs, motors).Perform preventative maintenance and maintain production equipment.Assist with rebuilding spare parts and maintaining inventory.Ensure compliance with safety rules and wear required PPE.Read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints.Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.Perks:Sign-on & Retention Bonus up to $1,250.Background check and drug screening required post-offer.Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Work Environment:Exposure to moving parts, heat, vibration, and occasional work in high places or near chemicals.
