The role does have a mandatory onsite component for at least a portion of the work week with preference given to those who are able to work onsite more frequently. The role involves onboarding patients into our VCM program, assisting with medical office tasks, monitoring patient health remotely, managing medical record notations, and utilizing medical terminology.QualificationsCurrent and up-to-date certificationMedical Assisting and Patient Care skillsKnowledge of Medical TerminologyExperience in Medical Office proceduresExperience in taking vital sign and weight measuresProficiency in managing Medical RecordsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamCertification as a Medical Assistant or Nursing AssistantExperience with virtual care technologies is a plus
