We are leaders in mass tort litigation and represent clients nationwide in pharmaceutical, medical device, medical malpractice, and personal injury claims.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Intake Paralegal to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate has previous intake experience, is experienced in high volumes of client communication, mass torts and or personal injury. This is an in-office position located in Dallas, Texas. Responsibilities:Make initial new contact with clientsGather necessary case information Submit medical record requests to the medical records departmentMaintain continual client communicationUpdate and maintain case management system with all case contact and dataQualifications:Bachelors Degree or Paralegal CertificationRequired Skills:Strong communication skillsAbility to work within a team in a professional office environmentAttention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills:Experience in mass tortsExperience in personal injuryExperience using FilevineExperience as an intake paralegal Pay range and compensation package:Salary is based on candidates experience.We offer health, dental and vision insurance and PTO.
