Personal Injury Litigation ParalegalA highly reputable and prominent mid-sized law firm is seeking a full time Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our legal support team and meaningfully contribute to the growth and success of our rapidly expanding practice.The ideal candidate will be responsible and detail oriented. S/he will also be highly skilled in anticipating the needs of the Partner to which s/he is assigned and in managing and responding to clients in a professional and timely manner. This position calls for someone who can multitask and keep cases organized.Responsibilities:Including but not limited to:Ability to manage complex plaintiff litigationContacting and communicating with clientsDrafting correspondence, and other litigation-related documentsCommunicating with medical offices and expertsAssisting with trial preparationMaintaining calendars and scheduling depositions and other appointmentsCreating and/or maintaining meticulous records, spreadsheets, and filesAble to review documents and present suggestions/strategies to the assigned attorneyOther related administrative tasks, as assignedQualifications:3 plus years of experience in New Jersey civil litigation; personal injury a plusExperience with 7 figure cases through the trial phase- Including medical malpractice and catastrophic injury casesExperience in Truck and MVA litigation and Products Liability helpfulFluent in MS officesuiteCompetencies:Highly organizedGreat analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management and coordination skillsEnthusiasm for multitasking, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environmentDemonstrable strategic thinking skills, with a zest for solving problems and implementing solutionsProven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a teamSalary and Benefits:We offer a competitive salary and full benefits including medical, dental and 401K.
