If you are a strong candidate looking for a new opportunity with a highly reputable firm that fosters continued personal and professional growth, please apply for prompt consideration!Key Responsibilities:Due Diligence:Conduct comprehensive due diligence searches, including UCC, lien, litigation (via PACER), patent, trademark, and copyright searches.Analyze search results, prepare concise and informative abstracts for review.Obtain and review critical corporate documents such as charter documents and good standing certificates.Closings:Prepare and file UCC filings with detailed and accurate collateral descriptions.Record UCC filings, IP collateral, and other collateral types within established timelines.Draft and finalize release documents for all collateral types.Prepare and manage closing checklists and execution sets.Actively participate in loan closings, including compiling and distributing closing documents.Qualifications:At least 3-5+ years of corporate / transactional paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal departmentBachelor's Degree and/or ABA paralegal certificate
