Family Law Paralegal

Together, we are seeking a detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about supporting families through complex legal matters.Responsibilities:Assist attorneys with preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents related to family law cases, such as divorce, child custody, support agreements, and prenuptial agreements.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is current and accurate.Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information to support attorneys.Maintain communication with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and other parties involved in cases.Schedule hearings, mediations, and client meetings, and manage attorneys' calendars.Ensure compliance with all court rules and filing deadlines.Qualifications:Applicable degree in a related field (Paralegal certification preferred).Strong knowledge of family law procedures, court filings, and local regulations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.What We Offer:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits package, including [healthcare, retirement plans, PTO, etc.].A hybrid work schedule after 90 days of training.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and inclusive work environment.
