In this role, you will coordinate shipments, client pickups, deliveries, and manage accounts receivable"”making sure orders are correct, on time, and properly invoiced.You will collaborate with suppliers, the sales team, the graphics department, and clients to achieve these goals, handling tasks such as data validation, order management, job scheduling, logistics, and conflict resolution. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growth-oriented team, committed to delivering outstanding client experiences.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage Remote CSRValidate Information on Orders and Submit to SuppliersSchedule and Manage Critical and Critical Rush ordersCommunicate with decoration partners and manufacturers to ensure orders are completed correctly and in a timely mannerMonitor the Graphic Department QueueManage Shipping and Receiving.
