The Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, providing assistance to the firm's attorneys, and performing basic secretarial duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining and updating files, and preparing for court. The role will also include assistance in processing title files for the firm's affiliated title company, Clear Sky Title LLC. The role involves working closely with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to ensure efficient and accurate completion of legal tasks.QualificationsExperience in legal document preparation, due diligence, and title insuranceKnowledge of residential and commercial real estateStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlinesProficiency in legal research and writingExperience with real estate transactions is preferredBachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
