Make written and verbal reports/recommendations to the Director of Nursing concerning the operation of the nursing unit/shift. Monitor residents to assure that personnel are properly administering prescribed treatment. Chart nurse's progress in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided as well as the resident's response to the care. Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies. Qualifications?Education and CredentialsActive California LVN license required. CPR certification required. 1 year of nursing experience preferred. Pediatrics, Group homes, Psychiatric, or Diabetic Care experience preferred. Willingness and ability to make frequent field visits, attend meetings, conferences and other job related events away from headquarters. If driving a personal or agency vehicle, must be insurable by our agency's automobile insurance carrier.
