LHH is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant for a contract to hire position in Charlotte, NC! The ideal candidate has 3+ years of professional experience supporting executive leadership. This position is fully onsite Monday - Friday.Responsibilities:Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.Manage and maintain executives' schedules, ensuring all appointments and meetings are accurately recorded and organized.Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for various reports and data analysis.Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging necessary resources.Manage and respond to emails on behalf of executives, ensuring timely and professional communication.Qualifications:3+ years' experience supporting executive leadership Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of discretion and confidentiality.
