Customer Service Representative

Surf Industry brand is looking for a Customer Service candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. They also love action sports and preferably surfing!This candidate will communicate with customers and outside sales representatives via phone and e-mail regarding new orders, order status, product availability, warranty, returns and product details. They will provide all customers and sales representatives with the highest level of support to ensure concerns and requests are resolved with the highest level of care.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with customers via phone, email and chatProvide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availabilityRefunds / Warranties + Ecommerce payment reconciliationWork with internal departments to meet customer's needsData entry in various platforms for Retail / MFG orders, Sales RepsQualificationsAt least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experienceExcellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workIn house working hours M-F 40 hours a week w/ hour break for lunch.
