Legal Administrative Assistant - LitigationA highly regarded law firm is seeking a skilled Legal Administrative Assistant - Litigation to join its team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support a dynamic litigation practice within a stable and professional environment.Key Responsibilities:Prioritizing assignments and preparing sensitive and detailed correspondence.Preparing witness and trial binders, assisting with deposition logistics, managing electronic filing notifications, and preparing exhibits for filings.Handling billing processes, including time entry, data review, correction, and final submission.Scheduling appointments, coordinating travel and meetings, and maintaining business calendars.Organizing and maintaining files while managing the integrity of original client documents.Proofreading and editing correspondence, reports, and other documents for accuracy and professionalism.Interacting with internal and external contacts to foster positive working relationships.Qualifications:A minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment, with prior experience in litigation support.Proficiency in eFiling with state and federal court systems.Advanced skills in MS Word (redlining, document comparison, TOA/TOC creation, etc.) and intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite.Familiarity with tools such as Adobe, Best Authority, DocuSign, PDF Essentials, and document management systems.Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and tact.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.Compensation and Benefits:Salary range: $61,000-$110,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; retirement plans; paid vacation and sick leave; firm-paid holidays; and wellness programs.Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses and overtime, if eligible.This position offers a 7.5-hour workday, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work in a professional and collegial environment.If you are an experienced litigation assistant seeking a stable and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
