Real Estate & Corporate Transactions Paralegal - Wilmington, DEA top-tier law firm in Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking an experienced Real Estate & Corporate Transactions Paralegal to join their dynamic legal team. This position is being offered through our recruiting company representing the law firm as a third-party partner, with no cost to the candidate.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of high-volume real estate and corporate transactions, including preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documentation.Draft and revise loan agreements, settlement disbursement sheets, and closing binders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and firm standards.Oversee due diligence and title reviews, maintaining meticulous records and coordinating with attorneys, clients, and third parties to facilitate smooth transactions.Handle post-closing matters, including recording documents and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Maintain electronic case files and facilitate seamless communication to support attorneys in all stages of transactions.QualificationsA minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate and/or corporate transactional law within a law firm or corporate legal department.Proficiency in reviewing and preparing legal documents, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Experience with commercial real estate loans, title diligence, and compliance processes.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with attorneys, clients, and third parties.Proficiency in legal technology, including document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Paralegal certification preferred; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.Position Details & BenefitsLocation: Wilmington, DE - full-time, on-site position.Work Environment: Collaborative team with opportunities for mentorship and professional development.Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience ($65,000 - $80,000+)Benefits: Comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) with employer contributions, paid time off, and opportunities for continuing education and career advancement.If you're an experienced paralegal seeking to advance your career in a challenging and rewarding legal environment, we encourage you to submit your resume today for immediate consideration.
