Join our exciting SaaS client in their iconic San Francisco offices for this ON-SITE contract role.Duration: ASAP - August with potential to extendRate: $25 per hour, W2This individual will partner with and form a collaborative relationship and interface between building management, engineering, and/or those responsible for the maintenance and operation of the facility (Building Engineering: including electrical systems, mechanical systems, security contractors, janitorial services, and other various aspects of facility operations). This position will ensure that facilities problems are identified and repaired quickly, will ensure that building management is delivering quality services, and will make sure that all internal customer and key stakeholder demands are being met.Basic Requirements:3 to 5 years of professional experience in facilities planningKnowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and Building TradesExperience rolling out new CAFM and CMMS systemsKnowledge of BOMA and ADA requirementsAbility to read and interpret floor plans and construction documentsProficiency with G-Mail, G-Cal, CAFM, and CMMS systemsOnsite presence is requiredMust be detail-oriented and organizedPreferred Requirements:Excellent interpersonal communication skillsAbility to adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple projectsExperience in delivering best-in-class customer service
