We are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary & Office Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our growing firm.Position OverviewThis role combines the responsibilities of a seasoned legal secretary with the organizational leadership of an office manager. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent multitasking abilities and a passion for supporting a thriving legal practice.Key ResponsibilitiesLegal Secretary Duties:Edit, format, and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, correspondence, discovery, tables of contents, and tables of authorities. File court documents electronically in both state and federal courts (e-filing expertise required).Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and track deadlines.Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Use Clio to maintain case files and ensure all documents are properly organized and accessible.Office Manager Duties:Oversee daily office operations, answer phones, greet clients, and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes.Coordinate IT needs and liaise with technical support when necessary.Order and maintain office supplies.
