Bilingual Payroll Specialist

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of payroll processing, experience with multi-state, and comfortable with backup HR/Admin duties. Apply now!RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare and submit accurate hourly payroll.Verify accuracy of checks for weekly distributionMaintain payroll recordsMaintain I-9 binders and I-9 retention formsManage mailouts for birthdays and anniversariesAssist with benefit enrollment announcementsSupport new hire onboarding activitiesAssist with event planning - holiday and HR eventsAnswer employee's questions concerning deductions, garnishments, etc. as needed.Set up new employees in the time keeping system.Maintain and troubleshoot problems with time clocksOther duties as assignedBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
