Job Functions:Change maintenance kits and maintenance parts on all devicesIf needed, raise a ticket in Customer Service Now systemKeeping a sufficient supply of consumables (toner, paper, etc.) in stockMaintain an organized storage area and keep track of all consumable inventoryFleetView monitoring (and MVE) of all output devices to ensure they have sufficient tonerReplace consumables within contracted site allotted timeReplace cartridge immediately when empty message is displayedReturn all customer calls received for consumables ASAPAll consumable deliveries must be logged in the consumable delivery logPerform monthly quality checks of all devicesClean physical printers and print demo page for quality checkQuality checks must be performed once a monthConduct end-user training when needed by customerMaintain end-user relationship to assure high level of customer satisfaction
