Administrative Assistant / Personal AssistantOur client, a trusted advisory firm for ultra-affluent clients, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Personal Assistant to support their Principal and executives. This role combines administrative, office management, and personal assistant responsibilities with opportunities for collaboration and autonomy.Key ResponsibilitiesManage calendars for the Principal and executives.Coordinate travel for the Principal and family.Oversee light property management for a guest property in NYC.Handle office supplies, kitchen restocking, and mail distribution.Provide IT setup support for new hires (in collaboration with HR/Ops).Plan events, including quarterly outings and the annual holiday party.Support the EA with tasks and provide in-office coverage as needed.Manage vendors, phone systems, and FedEx shipments.Requirements3+ years supporting C-Suite executives, including personal assistant duties.Must have worked in finance industry.Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.BenefitsMedical/Vision/Dental, 401K, Unlimited PTO, Opportunity for Hybrid Work Schedule (Performance-Based After Initial 90 Days In Office)Join a team that values professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
