Broken English Jewelry is seeking a full-time Inventory Administrative Assistant to join our team at our offices in Los Angeles!ObjectiveThis individual will focus on streamlining processes across the organization while supporting inventory and billing functions as needed. They will ensure the smooth running of office and store operations, assist with AP/AR, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementCoordinate with lead on daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.Monitor and manage office and store supply levels, placing orders as needed.Assist the CEO with general day-to-day operational tasks and responsibilities.Inventory & Billing SupportProvide backup support for inventory management tasks as needed.Collaborate with the Inventory and Billing Coordinator on key processes.Conduct quarterly inventory audits on-site at the LA store.Input products into the POS system (Lightspeed) with accuracy.Pack and ship products to NY and LA store locations.Check in incoming inventory shipments, verifying contents against memos for quality control.Process Return to Vendor (RTV) requests and manage related documentation.Ship online orders from the office promptly and accurately.Drop off bank deposits and handle USPS deliveries.Coordinate merchandise pick-ups and drop-offs as required.Assist the Ecommerce Manager with measuring products, organizing web images, uploading products, and managing work-in-progress tasks.Professional QualificationsBachelor's degree in relevant field2-4 years of administrative assistant experienceProven ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.Experience with inventory and billing systems is highly desirable.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented attitude.
