You will work on different worksites across the National Capital Region.After familiarizing yourself with our environment and our tools, you will be in charge of deploying our dedicated solution for Public Works sites at our customers across the National Capital Region but mostly in the Baltimore area.Responsibilities and Duties:Office-based work involves the preparations for the installation and implementation of geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring systems;Site work will involve the installation and uninstallation of instrumentation in accordance with construction drawings, specifications and method statements in hard-to-access environments; installing, programming and commissioning data loggers and telemetry devices; maintaining impeccable records and ITPs;Follow sub-contractors when instrumentation sub-contractedTake manual readings on instrumentsReport to Project Manager (installation report, Quality check, etc)Provide support for operating various geotechnical & structural monitoring instrumentsPerform routine maintenance and installation of instruments potentially at height, on rails or during the nights.Enforcing high H&S and Quality standard on our operations.ProfileYou have an experience relevant to the installation and maintenance of geotechnical and structural instruments such as piezometers, inclinometers, extensometers, total stations, including supervision of drilling subcontractor.You are curious, thorough and self-driven. You are a team player and feel comfortable in an international and multi-cultural environment. You are interested in technology, IoT, connected objects and the digitalization of construction sites.Handy, adaptation skill needed, knowledge using electromechanical toolsCertifications: OSHA10Licenses: Driving License
