Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a managed service solution that will provide 24/7 on-site coverage. The main pillars of the service include the following:MonitoringAn on-site electrician will physically monitor the environment by conducting periodic patrols.Preventive Maintenance (PM)Responsible for managing PM activities according to Teva's PM plan in collaboration with Teva's subcontractors.Malfunction Handling (MH)Electrical Incidents: Provide immediate response to incidents classified as L1 and L2.HVAC IncidentsProvide immediate response to incidents classified as L1.Note:All PM and MH activities will adhere to standards.Qualifications and Requirements: Certified electrician license. Basic HVAC knowledge and skills.Service availability 24/7 for incident response.Basic computer skills (Office suite, operating systems).Serve as Level1 support for incidents in HVAC, water, and air systems.Serve as Level1 & Level2 support for incidents in Electrical systemsStrong service orientation, responsibility, independence, and a systems oriented mindset
