The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales manager to ensure the smooth operation of the department and achieve its targets.Job ResponsibilitiesAssisting the Sales Manager & sales team in the preparation of quotes, sales proposals, and presentations. They might also be involved in order processing and managing sales documents.Process customer orders to Asia factories, manage sample requests, monitor production status from Asia and communicate to customers.Inventory Management: Coordinating with the logistics and inventory departments to ensure that product availability aligns with sales commitments. This includes monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and managing inventory databases.Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving sales targets and delivering customer value.Job Requirements5+ years of experience in sales department3-5 years of experience in Textiles is a BIG PlusBachelor's degree is requiredSuperior organizational and communication skillsProficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables)Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentContribute positively to dynamic tam and detailed orientedMicrosoft Excel: 3 years (Required)sales department: 5 years (Required)Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) 4% MatchDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceOpportunities for advancementPaid time offVision insurance
