If you are looking for an exciting position with a high-performing team, please apply today!Responsibilities:Interact and coordinate Realtors, Loan Officers, Underwriters, Brokers, Buyers, and SellersReview Title Commitments, Lender Instructions, and Purchase and Sale AgreementsComply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions, and comply with all company policies and best-practicesMonitor progress in compliance with all terms and conditions of Purchase ContractsCoordinate the Issuance of Title Policies with the Policy DepartmentPrepare and deliver closing statements to buyers, sellers, brokers, agents, and lendersDisburse escrow funds accurately and complete all post-closing tasksQualifications:Prefer college degree or equivalent work experience ? high school diploma required3+ years of escrow closing experience closing residential sales, REO, refinance, short sale escrow, or commercial transactionsMust possess a strong understanding of real estate contracts, mortgage loans, title commitments, and title insuranceSolid knowledge of title insurance, regulatory guidelines, the escrow process, legal documents, and real estate property lawExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredProficient working with escrow / title softwarePosition is 100% in office, located in the Galleria area. Salary is a base pay ($55k-$95k+ DOE plus commission).
