Join our Warehouse Operations team as a Warehouse Assistant and become a driving force in changing lives in the chronic neck and back pain world.About the Role: We are looking for an organized and motivated warehouse assistant to join our facility. The warehouse assistant will be responsible for ensuring inventory is processed, organized, and stored. The warehouse assistant will also package, scan, and prepare the shipment of medical devices. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet, focused on meeting quotas, and experienced in inventory software and databases. The warehouse assistant may also operate heavy machinery, or drive equipment, so a candidate with experience and a valid driver's license is preferred.Responsibilities:Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasksReadily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned areaWorks within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methodsAdheres to all quality guidelinesPalletize large items to skid and wrap for shipmentProcess, pack, and ship orders accuratelyDrive material handling equipment as required by job duties, such as pallet jacksEnsure warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all timesRegular delivery of shipments to designated shipping centerDiagnoses and repairs durable medical equipment devicesInstalls software, completes set up and works with customer support to troubleshoot various company owned electronic devices such as tablets, video cards, computers and phonesPerform thorough inspections on vehicles/machinery to identify issuesUtilize diagnostic tools and software to determine any mechanical problemsRepair or replace defective parts using hand tools and specialized equipmentEnsure all repairs are performed to high-quality standards and comply with safety regulations.Works under a moderate degree of supervision, with regular review of output by a work lead or supervisorAny other jobs or tasks as designed by SupervisorQualifications:High School Diploma/GED requiredGood written communication skills1-2 years experience preferredRequired Skills:Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.Ability to stand on feet for majority of a 6 hour dayAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentComfortable performing various DIY tasks such as building office furniture, hanging hardware, turning a wrenchProficiency in Microsoft ExcelProficiency in Google SheetsPreferred Skills:Experience working in a warehouseExperience using RF ScannersTo be considered for this position, candidates are required to complete our online talent assessment.
